Simple!

It is very simple to test a bulb to see if it is good or not.

You will need a ohm meter or two jumper wires.

Note the two connections on the bottom of the bulb. Each tab is for one of the elements and the outside metal case is common ground in a duel element bulb

Remove the bulb before testing.

Testing with a ohm meter:

Connect the ohm meter to the location the red and black arrows are pointing. The meter should take a reading of a few ohms or less.

Connect the ohm meter to the location the blue and black arrows are pointing. The meter should take a reading of a few ohms or less.

Testing with jumper wire:

Connect one jumper wire to the location of  the red arrow and the POS + on your scooter battery.

Connect one jumper wire to the location of  the black arrow and the NEG - on your scooter battery.

Connect one jumper wire to the location of  the blue arrow and the POS + on your scooter battery.

Connect one jumper wire to the location of  the black arrow and the NEG - on your scooter battery.

If the bulb lights each time you connect the jumper wires the bulb is good.
