International Shipping Information
We are accepting international shipments for small items under 4 pounds at this
time.
General Shipping information
Shipping Cost on LARGE Items do NOT pertain Alaska and Hawaii.
Orders that have a Unconfirmed address may be delayed. A Unconfirmed address is
a address that the shipping & billing address are not the same or Unconfirmed by
Paypal.
Stock Status
Items
that are available for immediate delivery will "Usually ship within 36 hours".
and are indicated by "In Stock" Remember that
Saturday and Sunday are not considered business days and no packages will be
shipped on these days. There may be an occasion when we are temporarily out of
stock on a particular item that will be indicated by "
Out of Stock".
Items that are not available for immediate delivery will state they are "Out
of Stock".
We may be expecting a normal shipment from the manufacturer or the item may be
on back-order from the manufacturer.
Return Policy:
A refund
will be given less a 15% restocking fee and S&H on any non defective part
returned to us within 30 days from date of Invoice.
A refund
will be given less a 20% restocking fee and S&H on any non defective part
returned to us within 30 days from date of Invoice if the invoice or a copy of
the invoice is not included with the return.
If a part is thought to be
defective
we will ship out free
spare parts after we receive your defective part. If we find the part not to be
defective you will be charged a S&H fee to have the non defective part returned
to you.
